Daybreak in Montclair an Unusual Design Challenge
Pool and Spa Marketing magazine featured an unusual project where a Seresco dehumidifier was designed for an indoor home pool equipped with dozens of glass doors that allow it to convert into an outdoor pool.
This project saw the installation of a 16-ton Seresco dehumidifier, which is three to four times larger than the typical home unit size. The reason for this is because of several unique situations in this environment, such as extensive use of glass, the added load of dehumidification after closing the space to the outdoors and the owner’s unconventional choice of water temperature.
